Well, today was a whirlwind. The good news is that Brent was discharged this evening. He's still close by though - he and Missy will be staying at the hotel that is attached to the hospital for a few more days.
The day started off a little rough though...Zack got the stomach bug and was sick all night Tuesday and part of the day today. On top of that, Brent had a focal (partial) seizure which caused a little scare, but is apparently normal when there are changes in the brain.
Christian headed home today and already misses those cute Van Putten boys. Thank goodness Missy's parents are both still there to help out.
Every day is a new adventure...they are still taking one day at a time and are grateful for any progress that has been made. Keep up those prayers...they are working! Also, thanks for the messages on FB and on the blog. They have been reading them and really appreciate the encouragement.
Expect miracles!
Meg
